PRODUCT INFORMATION All LATCANDLE products displayed on the Site are available in the LATCANDLE warehouse and are available until the product is redeemed. Prices on the website are in Euro (EUR) in transactions with all countries. VAT is included in the price of the product. Please note that all prices and product information in the LATCANDLE online store are subject to change. The cost of the goods delivery service is not included in the indicated price of the goods. 

COLORS We do our best to reflect the color of the products offered on the website as accurately as possible in the images. However, due to the fact that LATCANDLE products are carefully handcrafted when made in several batches, and the true colors of the product depend on your monitor and image, we cannot guarantee that the color of the product on your monitor will match the true color of the product. 

PRIVACY AND SECURITY RULES 

SIA "Nature Goods" takes care of your privacy and security of personal data. By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him is used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail. The data provided by the buyer to SIA "Nature Goods" will not be transferred to any third party, as well as sold. 

DISTANCE AGREEMENT As the sale of our offered goods takes place through an online offer, in accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL), in this case, when the buyer places an order, a Distance Contract is concluded between the buyer and the seller. 

The seller of the goods offered in this online store is SIA "Nature Goods", Reg.No. 40203196958, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, enter into the following Agreement: The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.

ORDERING, DELIVERY AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES 

The buyer orders the goods through the website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be purchased. The Buyer has the opportunity to pay for the product using the payment tools built into the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail in accordance with the order. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. The invoice must be paid within 3 days, otherwise it will be canceled. 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Product by sending the Seller a letter of withdrawal. The Seller shall send the withdrawal letter form to the Buyer by e-mail upon the Buyer's request. The product must be sent to Limbaži Maxima parcel terminal. The buyer has the right to refuse the ordered product or exchange it within 14 days of receiving the order in the following cases: 

•  The product is not used; 
• The product is packed in the original packaging with the original trademarks and in a complete set; 
• The product is not damaged, soiled, torn or otherwise damaged; 

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the letter of withdrawal.

The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if: 

• the ordered goods cannot be returned according to their nature, or they are perishable or can be used quickly; 
• the ordered goods are made directly for the Buyer by individual order (Item 22 of the Cabinet of Ministers 255); 
• if the product is damaged, used, not in the original packaging. 

Section 12, Paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer the right of withdrawal or withhold compensation in case of damage to the product, negligent handling of the product during use or failure to follow the instructions, if the original packaging of the product is lost or its packaging is significantly damaged. 

The Seller returns the money to the Buyer's bank account within 14 days from the receipt of the goods. In cases where the Buyer has found defects in the delivered goods or a defect in the product of the goods, the Seller shall cover all costs related to the exchange or return of the goods.

DATA PROCESSING 

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him is used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail.
